DTLA’s most elevated experience, La Lo La Rooftop is your outdoor sanctuary in the sky, serving tapas and specialty cocktails on the lush 34th floor terrace. It’s the garden of your California dreams — with views of the Hollywood Hills.

La Lo La Rooftop is accessible 6am-11pm daily.

Your room is serviced every day of your stay. Please note, our hotel is 100% smoke free, there is a $500 fine for smoking in your room or tampering with a smoke detector.

Pet Policy: There is a $50 pet fee per night, the total nightly pet fee will not exceed $150 per stay. The maximum size of a dog you may have in-room is 25 lbs.

Stop by our vending machine on the 9th floor for a variety of snacks and drinks. Additionally, our CVS vending machine stocks all your pharmacy essentials. You can find our vending machines conveniently located next to the gym entrance.

THE EXTRAS

Need a little something extra? Head to the stash closets located on your bedroom floor and find dental and shaving kits, extra towels, lotion, combs and more – all complimentary to you.

Ice machines are located on AC floors 15, 21 and 27. Go to Moxy floors 15, 21 or 27 and follow the directional signage to the ice machine. 

An ATM Machine is located on the 9th floor. 

PARKING

Valet parking is available for $63.80 (subject to change) daily at the hotel. Self-parking is also available throughout the neighborhood.

DESTINATION FEE

Our $35 daily destination fee includes:

Basic Wi-Fi access
$35 food & beverage credit at Bar Moxy or Bluestone Lane (excludes taxes and gratuities; applied to your room bill)
2 Tickets to the Grammy Museum (One visit per stay- closed Tuesdays)
1 hour of bike usage for 2 guests

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

Handling fees are in addition to any external transportation, shipping or carrier charges. Rates are inclusive and assessed on a per-package and per-weight basis.

Fees are charged to the guestroom reservation one-day prior to departure unless other arrangements have been made with the Shipping & Receiving Department.
